A pre-publication draft of my newest law review article,
Combating Prosecutor Misconduct in Closing Arguments, is now available
on SSRN. It will be published in volume 70, issue 3 of the
Oklahoma Law Review in Spring 2018. I'll be giving a presentation based on the article in Madison, Wisconsin on December 9, 2017. The presentation will be part of the annual lawyer CLE conference held by the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Fight the man, and go Sooners.
