Just listened to your podcast and bravo to you and your colleagues. The music was cool, too. Well done and informative, especially your assessments about the now fully enshrined double-standards for police, courtesy of Heien v North Carolina. This was a case I also found particularly troubling, aggravating and dismaying. The erosion of our 4th Amendment tragically continues. The deck is truly stacked against the accused.
